Welcome to the 2021 National PH Community Conference!

In 2008, patients, caregivers, and health care providers from across Canada united to form the Pulmonary Hypertension Association of Canada (PHA Canada). PHA Canada has remained true to the vision of its founders, continuously striving to represent and engage everyone affected by PH in every corner of the country, so that no matter where you live, you can receive the support you need right in your own backyard.

PHA Canada’s national and regional conferences and symposiums – and now our virtual webinars and meet-ups – are an important part of our work in bringing the PH community together. In coming together PH patients, caregivers, and medical professionals build relationships, share their experiences, and learn from one another. 

While this past year has brought many challenges and change, it has also inspired us to find new and creative ways to connect and support each other. This year we are pleased to invite you to the 2021 National PH Community Conference, our first bilingual and virtual event where you can attend a variety of online events from the comfort of your own home.
